Miami Springs Market Report Week of June 6, 2016

Summer is almost here! That means sweltering heat and humidity, the perfect time to cool off in a nice pool or a lake.

Last week I promised to look at the number of properties for sale that have pools and those that are water front (canal or lake) with and without pools. Here we go! 

As of Friday, June 3 there were 11 homes For Sale that had pools. The average price is $640,273, average sq ft of 2,798, at approximately $229.00 per Sq. Ft

There are only 2 waterfront (canal) homes currently for sale. The average price is $372,500, average sq ft of 1,585, at approximately $235.00 per Sq. Ft.

There are no properties for sale on a lake with or without a pool!

During the period of Friday May 27 through June 3, 2016, the Miami Springs market continued to be active. There were 4 new listings, no closed sale, one pending sale and one expired listing.
