We continue to have 2 active listings one $1,000,000. Last week I described one of those, here is the other one:

The Lowest Priced Active Listing in Miami Springs is located at 770 Falcon Ave. Listed at $249,900  it is a 3 bedroom 2 bath, no pool, and has 1,790 square feet.  The property requires complete renovations or is a tear down to build a new home.

The Least Expensive property Sold in the last 90 days is 2065 Miami Springs Ave.  It has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths with 1,656 square feet.  It sold for $210,000.
